Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.

Pharmacy Returns
We regret that we are unable to take returns of opened or partially used medications.
Cancellation Policy
Alii Animal Hospital & Resort will collect in full any payments for resort stays at the time the reservation is booked. Payment is 100% refundable up to 5 days before the reservation date. A 50% refund is given after 4 days, with the other 50% left as credit on the account to be used for future services.
Resort Policy
If your pet has established primary care with us, all health records have been transferred to our hospital, and an updated annual exam has been updated within the year, then your pet gets priority. As dedicated paw parents and patients, you’ll be able to enjoy the available resort services of boarding, daycare, grooming, and training.
