Payment Policy
Alii Animal Hospital & Resort accepts checks or credit cards and as a cashless environment we will take exact change in cash. I agree to pay the service rates in full at the time of reservation for stays and checkin for daycare. I further agree to pay for any additional services requested such as grooming, drop-off, and/or pick-up chauffeur service. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times. Charges not paid in advance will be charged to Client’s credit card. All services must be paid in full to stay in good standing and continue the use of our services.
Pharmacy Returns
We regret that we are unable to take returns of opened or partially used medications.
Services and Products
If you are unhappy with services or your pet does not prefer a product, please contact our management team so that we may investigate, discuss and find a reasonable solution for you. All concerns are handled on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Alii Animal Hospital & Resort will collect in full any payments for resort stays at the time reservation is booked. Payment is 100% refundable up to 5 days before the reservation date. A 50% refund is given after 4 days with the other 50% left on as credit on account to be used for future services.
Resort Policy
Our loyal clientele is our priority and focus. Effective October 1, 2021, we will be implementing an updated resort policy to better serve our patients, guests, and paw parents. Our resort services will be first and foremost for members of our Ali’i Animal Ohana. If your pet has established primary care with us, all health records have been transferred to our hospital and has an updated annual exam within the year, then your pet gets first priority. As dedicated paw parents and patients, you’ll be able to enjoy the available resort services of boarding, daycare, grooming, and training.
